1.3. A person is appointed to the position of speech therapist teacher:
-has a higher professional education in the field of defectology without presenting requirements for work experience;
- does not have or has not had a criminal record, has not been or has not been subject to criminal prosecution (with the exception of persons against whom criminal prosecution has been terminated on rehabilitative grounds) for crimes against life and health, freedom, honor and dignity of the individual (with the exception of illegal placement in a psychiatric hospital, slander and insults), sexual integrity and sexual freedom of the individual, against family and minors, public health and public morality, the foundations of the constitutional system and state security, as well as against public safety (part two of Article 331 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation);

3.14. methods of persuasion, argumentation of one’s position, establishing contacts with students, pupils of different ages, their parents (persons replacing them), work colleagues;
3.15. technologies for diagnosing the causes of conflict situations, their prevention and resolution;
fundamentals of ecology, economics, sociology; labor legislation;
3.16. basics of working with text editors, spreadsheets, email and browsers, multimedia equipment;
3.17. internal labor regulations of an educational institution;
3.18. labor protection and fire safety rules.
3. Rights
A speech therapist teacher has the right, within his competence:
3.1. Participate:
— in developing policies and strategies for school development, in creating relevant strategic documents;
— in the development, implementation and adjustment of programs for students with developmental disabilities;
— in negotiations with school partners on projects and programs for correcting deviations in the development of students;
3.2. Make suggestions:
— on the creation and liquidation of temporary teams, groups and associations involved in projects and programs for correcting deviations in the development of students;
— on the beginning, termination or suspension of specific projects and programs for correcting deviations in the development of students;
3.3. Install on behalf of the school:
— business contacts with individuals and organizations that can contribute to the development of projects and programs for correcting deviations in the development of students;
3.4. Request:
- to control and make adjustments to the working documentation of class teachers, class teachers and educators (GPD) on the issues of correcting developmental deviations in students;
3.5. Monitor and evaluate:
- the progress and results of projects and programs for correcting deviations in the development of students, veto those that are fraught with a negative impact on the development of students, do not provide for prevention, compensation and overcoming possible negative consequences;
3.6. Attend:
- at any events held with students with developmental disabilities, warning the teacher about this no later than the day before (without the right to enter the room after the start of the event and make comments to the teacher);
3.7. Participate:
- in the work of the pedagogical council and all methodological services of the school;
— in making decisions of the pedagogical council and any other collegial governing bodies;
3.8. Attract:
— to disciplinary liability of students for offenses that disorganize the educational process

4. Responsibility
4.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and Internal Labor Regulations of the school, legal orders of the school director and other local regulations, official duties established by this Instruction, including for non-use of the rights granted by this Instruction, resulting in disorganization of the educational process, the teacher - the speech therapist bears disciplinary liability in the manner prescribed by labor legislation. For gross violation of labor duties, dismissal may be applied as a disciplinary punishment.
4.2. For the use, including one-time use, of educational methods associated with physical and (or) mental violence against the student’s personality, a speech therapist teacher may be dismissed from his position in accordance with labor legislation and the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation.”
4.3. For violation of fire safety, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules, a speech therapist teacher is brought to administrative responsibility in the manner and in cases provided for by administrative legislation.
4.4. For culpable infliction of damage (including moral) to the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, as well as the rights granted by this Instruction, the speech therapist teacher bears financial responsibility in the manner and within the limits established by labor and ( or) civil law.
5. Relationships. Relationships by position
Teacher speech therapist:
5.1. works in a normal working day according to a schedule drawn up based on 20 —
hour work week and approved by the school director;
5.2. plans its work for each academic year and each academic half-year under the guidance of its immediate supervisor. The work plan is approved by the school director no later than five days from the beginning of the planned period;
5.3. submits to his immediate supervisor a written report on his activities of no more than five typewritten pages within 10 days after the end of each academic year (half-year);
5.4. receives regulatory and legal information from the school director and his immediate supervisor, and familiarizes himself with the relevant documents against signature;
5.5. systematically exchanges information on issues within its competence with teaching staff and deputy directors of the school;
5.6. informs the school administration about difficulties encountered in the implementation of projects and programs for correcting deviations in the development of students;
5.7. performs the duties of a teacher-psychologist, social teacher during their temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.). The performance of duties is carried out in accordance with labor legislation and the Charter of the school on the basis of the order of the director.
