Relevance of the topic: Currently, the problem of a child’s readiness for school is the most pressing. Due to major school changes and the introduction of new programs, the structure of school requirements has changed and become more complex. Increasingly high demands are placed on children entering first grade. Parents' awareness of this issue always leaves much to be desired. The reason for this is the constant lack of time parents have to find useful information that could answer their questions. A group of leading scientists (R. E. Levina, G. A. Kashe, G. V. Chirkina, A. V. Yastrebova) proved: there is a direct relationship between the level of speech development of a child and his ability to master literacy. Analysis of written works in the Russian language of low-achieving students allowed them to identify 4 groups of specific errors:

*replacement of letters, *violations of syllable structure and sound filling of words, *violations of the use of lexical and grammatical categories, *errors in the construction of sentences. In the studies of domestic scientists, the above-mentioned writing disorders are considered as a result of insufficient preparation of the early stages of speech development for the transition to its subsequent stages, i.e. as a result of underdevelopment of the child’s oral speech. The nature of the errors is primarily due to two reasons: a) insufficient level of development of phonemic hearing; b) problems in the development of the lexical and grammatical structure of speech. If necessary, continuity is built in the work of the preschool educational institution - school: *familiarization with the list of children-speech pathologists; *familiarization with speech defects in children-speech pathologists according to the list; *participation in holding parent meetings, conducting classes, counseling future first-graders; *compiling detailed characteristics of children -speech therapists during the “round table” meeting; *familiarization with the conclusion and anamnesis of children-speech therapists (May); *attending classes at school by speech therapists of preschool educational institutions as part of the PMPK; *participating in the work of the “round table” meeting within the framework of the program “ I am a first grader." The result of the joint work of speech therapists at a preschool educational institution is: *a smoother passage of the child’s adaptation period; *successful completion of work on sound production in a preschool educational institution; *correction by the end of the second grade of school of such a type of speech disorder as FND; *the ability for speech therapists of a preschool educational institution to track the results of the level mastery of educational material by logopathic students based on diagnostic results. Continuity is the continuity of development and learning of children. The school, as the successor to the preschool level of education, does not build its work from scratch, but picks up the achievements of the preschooler and organizes teaching practice and develops the potential he has accumulated. The problem of continuity in the work of kindergartens and schools continues to be relevant, and to resolve it, close cooperation in the speech therapy community of kindergartens and schools is necessary. Such cooperation between speech therapists in kindergartens and schools has already been established and has been successfully carried out for many years. Thank you for your attention References: 1. PORTFOLIO OF Speech therapist of the highest qualification category Oksana Gennadievna Kostina

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF I am 36 years old, of which 15 years I have been working as a speech therapist at the Kiselevsky Children's Home. My pupils are children left without parental care, children who find themselves in difficult life situations, children with disabilities. Therefore, I will simply say - I am trying to return their stolen CHILDHOOD to them! Let children remain children longer. After all, CHILDHOOD only happens once in a lifetime!

He loves his job selflessly, and for him there is no better job. Dedicates his aspirations to children, Speech therapist worthy of respect!

Every year I take part in All-Russian and Regional scientific and practical conferences, presenting my work in the form of poster presentations and publications. For high professionalism she was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Department of Public Health of the Kemerovo Region.

A professional, competently fulfilling his professional duties, cannot remain aloof from public life.

Family form of placement of children in 2012. The main criterion that determines the effectiveness of each employee in particular and the entire team of the orphanage in general is the high percentage of children adopted in our institution.

PROSPECTS Development and implementation of the “We are together” program. The purpose of which is to create a situation of cooperation between specialists of the orphanage and foster parents (adoptive parents) at the stage of selecting a child and making the final decision.

In 2012, a competition for the title of “Best Speech Therapist of 2012” was announced on the Speech Therapist – Magic website. According to the terms of the competition, it was necessary to write an essay on the topic “Why am I the best speech therapist.” I present to your attention my work, which took first place!

Seventeen years ago, standing on the threshold of adulthood, I couldn’t say with certainty what I wanted to become. The choice of profession was rather dictated by the order of society - new, promising, in demand. But sometimes fate gives us lucky tickets with which we walk along the roads of life. The profession of a speech therapist became such a gift of fate for me. Four years of student life flew by unnoticed and easily. And now the time has come to make a decision again - where to go to work? And again, fate throws me a ticket with which I have been going through life for 13 years now - this is the state health care institution “Kiselevsky Children's Home”. My pupils are children left without parental care, children who find themselves in difficult life situations, children with disabilities. It’s scary to think that all these words apply to children aged from birth to three years. The goal of my professional activity is pedagogical habilitation. But how difficult it is to achieve this goal when working with such a contingent of children who do not know their mother’s affection and simple children’s joys. So I’ll just say – I’m trying to give them back their stolen childhood! It is very difficult to meet the criterion of “best” in any field. What does “the best speech therapist” mean from the position of a parent? This is a specialist, preferably with the highest category, with at least 3 years of experience, who has good recommendations, knows how to find the key to each child, and, preferably, will quickly correct all speech deficiencies. But... No matter how much we would like it, it is very difficult to achieve quick and high-quality results through the efforts of a speech therapist alone. Therefore, a good speech therapist must be a good diplomat and psychologist in order to be able to call on any parent to be his assistant. What does “the best speech therapist” mean from a manager’s position? This is a specialist with an active life position, a creative approach to his work, with high results in correctional and developmental work and positive dynamics in the development of children, who performs his functional duties with high quality. But... Today, the quality of a specialist’s work is often determined by the presence or absence of plans, reports, conclusions, that is, a huge number of papers. Moreover, the requirements for the design and content of these papers change very often. This type of work completely kills creativity and takes away time from activities spent with children. What does “the best speech therapist” mean from the perspective of other speech therapists? Here it is important to be able to gain authority or add “zest” to your work. In this matter, the personal qualities of the speech therapist and his ambitions regarding professional activities are of great importance. Well, and the most important assessment of the “best speech therapist” from the perspective of children! This is a speech therapist - a wizard, a speech therapist - an entertainer, the one with whom it is always interesting and fun. The best speech therapist knows how to turn hard work into pleasure and joy. And if the children’s faces glow with genuine interest, and they stop playing when the speech therapist comes in, it means he is the best in their eyes! Why do I claim to be the best speech therapist? Probably because I love children, and my profession every day gives me the opportunity to discover and enjoy the wonderful world of children. She does not allow me to drown in routine, and every day brings me the joy of discovery. Working in a children's home expands the functions of a speech therapist to the vast breadth of maternal care. It is I who see the first smile, hear the humming and babbling of my “patients”, I know when they took their first steps and when they learned to say “mother”. They are all different, but for each I am the best, like all mothers for their children! I wish every speech therapist to become the best in the eyes of many, but first of all in the eyes of his students!

How important it is to touch perfection! How we strive to achieve it! How an enthusiastic heart beats if you manage to guess... (M. Kruglov. About perfection).

MIRACLES ARE WHERE THEY BELIEVE IN THEM, AND THE MORE THEY BELIEVE, THE MORE OFTEN THEY COME TRUE! THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION! You can write to me - I will be happy to answer your questions and share my experience.

Choosing a profession is a life choice. And all choices in life are part of the same Paths

which is called
Purpose
.
In ancient times, it was believed that all the pieces of our Destination,
like pebbles of a single mosaic, are contained in those most beautiful and secret dreams that our heart keeps and lives by.
Only it is capable of seeing the most important and most mysterious thing in our Destiny
, only it is never mistaken.

Profession "teacher"

I chose with my heart. Noisy, mischievous, trusting and touching childhood burst into my life so quickly that it seemed that there were no years that I lived without it. I touched the vast world of goodness and purity and found myself “in this clear atmosphere of affectionate sensations, cheerful laughter, the first good efforts and diligence, pure, bright and sweet joys.” During my first vacation, I realized that I was very drawn to work. My heart yearned for children. I realized that only with them I could be myself. It has made my life richer and filled it with meaning.

I'm a lucky person. I have the most interesting job on earth - the work of a teacher

.
She was given to me as a voice, hearing, vision, as the ability to think. However, the path of a teacher is thorny and unpredictable. And this path led me, a teacher with fifteen years of experience, to the profession of “teacher-speech therapist”
. For more than two years now I have been in an atmosphere of sounds, breathing, articulation, prosody, vocabulary, grammar...

My profession and its meaning for many is a ray of hope. Understanding this, realizing the importance of my duty, I am proud of my profession!

"Speech therapist. Is there any reason to be proud? – some may ask me. But it is the speech therapist who is the teacher who is one of the first to begin to develop an interest in the Russian language and thereby contributes to the preservation of our culture. It helps every child to believe in themselves and cope with the difficulties of mastering their native language. By developing speech, we develop personality. No wonder L.S. Vygotsky wrote that “the development of speech restructures thinking, transforms it into new forms.”

Speech therapy is painstaking work. I see my mission not only to correct a child’s speech defect, but also to help him realize his capabilities. It is important for me that parents perceive their children with all their characteristics. And most importantly, I want every child to feel faith in their own strength, so that they can have a happy childhood with miracles, secrets and discoveries.

In front of me is a boy who can only imitate sounds and gesture. I ask parents to bring a family album to class. We leaf through it together with the child, who is trying to name his relatives, but he can’t do it. I ask the boy to sing a song a-a-a

and I connect his lips with my hands, and he opens his mouth again to say
ah,
and suddenly says:
ba-ba-ba.
He claps his hands and shows his beloved grandmother in the photo.
I help the baby hold the tip of his tongue behind his upper teeth by pressing on them. You can hear la-la-la,
now you can play the balalaika and call your little sister. This is how we comprehend language and its laws word by word. The main thing is that the child does not feel false and indifferent and believes the teacher.

But here is a kid who has no intention of communicating with strangers. How to establish contact with him? There are many ways, and interaction will definitely come, but only when the child himself wants it. The main thing is not to miss this important moment. Very often, a child comes to class with his favorite toy, which can become a mediator in establishing a dialogue. To do this, I must know and feel the interests of the child, communicate with him on the same wavelength, gain authority from him, show that contact with him is very dear to me. Then the child will try to do all the exercises so as not to disappoint me. Without such a relationship, it is difficult to force a child to play by my rules.

Whenever children in my speech therapy classes look into my eyes and believe in my assistance, friendship and co-creation, I remember the words of an ancient Japanese parable:

«

The young samurai stood with a bow and arrows in his hands, measuring the distance to the target with his eyes. A monk passing by said to him:

“You won’t learn to shoot accurately if you rely on correcting your mistakes.” In battle, such a case is unlikely to arise. Learn to hit the target the first time, always remember that you only have one arrow. And in life, do everything right away, don’t hope that you can fix something later!”

And I understand that all my victories and successes, all my defeats and mistakes belong to me, so I, like the young samurai in the parable, try to “hit the target the first time”

.
For the price of my defeats is great; having “gotten”
a child, one cannot deceive his expectations, he will not forgive this, and the wise
Word
helps me convey the idea to him as clearly and deeply as possible.

We sometimes don't even notice what the role of the Word

in our life.
The word
is a component of our speech.
Words
are formed into sentences, into texts, with the help of which, in turn, communication and
knowledge of the world occurs.
But it’s impossible to imagine it without the sounds of speech, it would be so dull! The laughter of children, their cheerful babble fills us with joy. Words and songs about love give strength to live. Poetry and prose elevate and educate. So let these words sound correctly and clearly!

Speech is the queen of all sciences, as the sage Euripides believed. A person is able to influence others with a word, convince, argue, make an impression, achieve success, manage, enjoy a play or film, understand humor and joke, create poems, poems, songs, and even save with the Word.

Isn't this a miracle!

Isn’t it a miracle to realize that children came to you with multiple speech defects and left with clear speech, that they fell in love with their native Russian language, that the knowledge, abilities, and skills acquired from you will help them in their studies at school or in general life.

And the speech therapist is a magician who creates that same miracle!
