Coloring pages for children by age:
- 2-4 years old: we know that it is still difficult to call a baby diligent and attentive. Your choice: paints, not pencils, and of course simple large drawings in two or three colors. The result: a bright drawing in a matter of minutes and great joy.
- 3-5 years: it’s time to study the world around us: flowers and mushrooms, birds and animals, as well as learn by coloring letters and numbers, choose pencils and pictures with a thick outline, preferably with the need for shading.
- 6 years and older: heroes of fairy tales and cartoons, plots and characters - this is what fascinates a child at this age. Take a huge set of pencils or markers with different shades of colors and use your imagination.

Play in the correctional pedagogical process of raising children with speech disorders acquires special significance, since, along with objective activities, it is used as the basis for the formation of correct speech in children and their full development. Play is the main activity of preschoolers; therefore, children’s need for play is also high. The entertaining nature of the game increases speech motivation and performance . While playing, the child relaxes, anxiety decreases, and, therefore, the result of work improves. During the game, a process of so-called unintentional learning occurs. By completing game tasks, the child can independently achieve the goal, which is important for children with a speech impediment. It is in the game that the natural development of speech activity of all components of speech activity takes place.
Author's didactic manual " Zvukovichok "
can be used in working with children with speech disorders: phonetic-phonemic speech underdevelopment (FFSD), general speech underdevelopment (GSD), as well as with children with normal speech development.
The didactic manual can be used with one child in individual lessons, or with a small subgroup of children (2-3 people)
.
Using this manual, a child (under the guidance of an adult)
learns independence and perseverance. His sense of interest and responsibility increases, he becomes satisfied with the results of his work, mental processes such as memory, attention, and thinking improve, which has a positive effect on the effectiveness of correctional work.
As a result of using the didactic manual “ Zvukovichok ”
Children's educational motivation will increase, speech skills will be formed much faster, adequate self-esteem will also be formed, a cognitive and sustainable need to achieve success will appear, which has a beneficial effect on the formation of personal qualities of preschool children.
Application
Didactic manual " Zvukovichok "
is a small rug with subject pictures and letters.
The speech therapist asks the child to choose among all the pictures only those that have a given sound . After the task is completed, the teacher suggests determining the position of the sound in each word and attaching the picture to the right place. Before starting this game, the child needs to be explained what a word scheme is and shown what it looks like. The word outline is a small strip that is divided into three squares. If the letter is fixed in the first square, then the sound is at the beginning of the word. If in the second, then in the middle of the word, and if the letter is in the last square, then the sound is at the end of the word. If the child has not yet mastered concepts such as sound and letter , then work must begin by consolidating this knowledge. Explain that each sound has its own letter , and also show what it looks like. Gradually, knowledge about sounds and letters needs to be expanded. It is necessary to say that sounds are vowels and consonants. Some are hard, others are soft. Also, each sound can be voiced or unvoiced, etc. All this is accompanied by visual demonstration material.
In the correctional work of a speech therapist, in my opinion, the use of visual supports in the formation of the phonemic aspect of speech, the development of phonemic perception and training in sound analysis . Moreover, when learning sound analysis skills, children with special needs additionally need auditory and visual support. Such support is provided by visual symbols of sounds . Red circle - vowel sound , blue - hard consonant, green - soft consonant, etc. Visual aids make the learning process varied and interesting.
It is known that the formation of sound analysis skills begins with vowel sounds , since they are easier to perceive and isolate in syllables and words. Consonant sounds are more difficult to perceive and differentiate by preschoolers. That's why I use consonant sounds manual . But over time I plan to supplement it, including vowel sounds .
I hope that the material I have proposed will help to take a comprehensive approach to the problem of eliminating speech disorders in children of senior preschool age 6-7(8)
years.
What is the manual
As mentioned above, the teaching aid consists of a rug , subject pictures and letters.
The rug is made of dense fabric, which is assembled in several layers. To fix the fabric together, you need to sew the sides of the future rug. The size of the rug is 45x45 cm.
Next, I glued squares of multi-colored felt onto the surface of the resulting rug. And this is no coincidence! After all, color not only affects the psycho-emotional state of the child, but also his intelligence. Psychologists say that color can increase a person’s self-esteem. The size of each square is 15x15 cm. For this tutorial I needed 9 of these squares.
In order to hide the joints between the squares and divide the rug into separate small zones, you need to glue the braid.
For each zone I placed a word diagram and an object picture that can be changed. I attached a letter to each diagram. It can also be changed. The letters and diagram are made of felt. Subject pictures are laminated photographs with different images. Additional subject pictures and letters are collected in separate envelopes.
This is, in my opinion, a bright and multifunctional guide that I came up with . I hope that it will delight children for a long time and, unnoticed by them, will give them knowledge about sound-letter analysis of words .

What else could you teach your child:
Don’t think that children’s coloring books only help develop imagination and motor skills. What else parents can teach their child by coloring coloring books is:
- Performing certain actions on a task: sequential coloring of elements calms and trains perseverance;
- Accuracy: we will learn to wash brushes after each mixing of colors and change the water in the glass, do not forget to tidy the table and put away paints and pencils;
- Recognition: you need to praise each drawing, and over time, select the best ones and hang them on the refrigerator or wall. Select the brightest and highest quality pictures together with your child, let him say why he likes one picture more than another. This will teach you to understand that you can always do better.

To successfully master literacy, it is important for a child to understand speech reality, i.e. the fact that our speech consists of words, and words of sounds. The process of getting to know the concept of “sound” is not simple, and even more so with the classification of sounds: vowel and consonant, voiceless and voiced, hard and soft. That's why I made sound cues that help children.
Awareness of speech reality occurs in the process of the child’s practical mastery of various language systems already in preschool age. A didactic game will help to achieve a positive result in teaching preschoolers the basics of literacy, because it is in the game that the child will most easily master all the complex aspects of sound analysis, syllabic synthesis and word formation.
The purpose of the manual: development of skills in sound analysis and synthesis of words, prevention of dysgraphia and dyslexia in preschoolers.
Tasks:
1.Introduce children to the sounds of their native language in an entertaining way,
2. Development of phonemic hearing, learning to hear and perceive speech sounds,
3. Expanding children’s knowledge, introducing the concept of “vowels and consonants”, teaching them to independently form syllables, performing a sound analysis of a word,
5. Cultivate interest in the native language, as well as speech therapy classes.
A tale about sounds for children.
Lived in a magical land of sounds. This country was very tiny. And there were only 31 inhabitants. No one saw them, since they were invisible. But you could hear them. Six sounds were singers: A, U, Y, I, E, O. They were called vowels for their melodiousness and vocality. Ya, Yo, Yu, E sang along with them. The other 21 were also kind, good sounds, but they couldn’t sing. Listen here: B, V, G, D, F, Z, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, F, X, C, CH, W, SC. They were very friendly, agreed with the vowels in everything, loved to stand next to them. And they were called consonants. You, too, can sing along with them, but for this you need to be able to recognize all the sounds and pronounce them correctly. “How sounds learned to turn into letters” A lot of time has passed since sounds settled in one magical land. They were invisible, but they loved to sing. One day, a wizard from another kingdom appeared in that country. He liked it there so much that he wanted to get to know its inhabitants better. And when he found out that all the residents were invisible, he was very upset. But he was still a wizard, and a very kind one at that. And he decided to give each resident a magic dress. Each sound received a dress unlike the others. As soon as you put it on, the sound immediately became visible and turned into a letter. The letter could be seen, depicted, drawn, written. The wizard was very pleased. After all, now, having read or sung it, or whispered it, he called the sound by name. That's how they met. Always together One day the vowels and consonants did not get along and went in different directions. The consonants huddled together, wanted to talk - but nothing... They coughed: - Kh! They sneezed: Pchh! For some reason they called the cat: -Ks, ks, ks! And we got bored... Suddenly: -Shh! It seemed to them that someone was crying somewhere... They listened. -Ah-ah-ah! Oh-oh-oh! - shouted the vowels. They cried like little children: -Wow! Wow! Aukali: -Aw! Aw! And the consonants shouted to them (or rather, they wanted to shout, but they only managed to mumble): - BDM VSGD VMST! And they heard a joyful, but also indistinct: -U-E-E-A-E-E! They made peace, stood next to each other again, and said clearly: - WE WILL ALWAYS BE TOGETHER! And since then they have never been separated again. Parade of letters When two brothers b and b settled in the magical land of Alphabet Studies, there were exactly 33 inhabitants. Each had their own home, but could not exchange it for another. There were such strict laws there. One day, the Alphabet and Queen ABC decided to throw a party. All sounds put on dresses, turned into letters and went to the main square. The king gave the command to the letters to line up and take each one in its place, according to the number of the dwelling. This is the order in which the letters were: A, B, C, D, D, E, E, F, Z, I, Y, K, L, M, N, O, P, R, S, T, U, F, X, Ts, Ch, Sh, Shch, b, s, b, e, Yu, Ya. Queen ABC really liked the structure of the letters. Since then, the structure of letters in this order began to be called by the name of the king - ALPHABET or the queen - ABC. Anyone who wants to know the secrets of this magnificent country must, like a king, know the order of the letters by heart. Emphasis One day they gathered words for advice and began to say how useful and significant they all were. But they forgot to invite the words to their council STRESS. And it was very offended. When the words began to emerge, the accent suddenly jumped out and shouted: “What do you know without me?” If I want, I’ll take it and change the values for you! Of course, they didn’t believe the words. The castle came out and said: “I’m not afraid of you, I’m so strong and heavy that I can handle some kind of IMPACT.” After all, Accent is just a dash! The stress got angry and suddenly jumped from the last syllable to the first, and the castle disappeared, and a castle appeared. The words began to be indignant, to shame the Accent, but it continued to prove its importance. So instead of Atlas it turned out to be Atlas, instead of drops-drops, instead of road-road. They see words that things are bad - they cannot do without Emphasis! They gave him a place of honor at their meeting and since then they have treated the Accent with great respect.

Who will teach a child to color?
There really are parents who give their child coloring books and pencils and leave him room for imagination. Like, do what you want. They may be right in some ways, but teaching how to hold a pencil correctly is necessary. And correctly - this means holding it between the thumb and middle finger, holding it with the index finger on top. There should be no more than 3 cm from the sharpened end of the pencil to your fingers. It is very important. If a child gets used to holding it wrong, it will be very difficult to wean it later, and his handwriting will leave much to be desired.
It is important to immediately, preferably with your own example, show:
- When coloring a coloring book, do not go beyond the contours;
- You need to color all areas of the drawing;
- The color must be distributed evenly;
- You need to color until the end, and not give up halfway through;
- You need to color the coloring books, not the wallpaper and all the surrounding objects, but so far not a single mother has apparently been protected from the constantly expanding boundaries of children's creativity, however, most likely not a single one has regretted it.
